parameters such as length of abstinence, lifetime consumption, chronicity,
mode of delivery,etc.,suggesting individual differences in vulnerability to
the neurotoxic effects of meth. We examined whether vulnerability to cog-
nitive impairmentis linked to polymorphisms of liver enzyme cytochrome
P4502D6(CYP2D6), which is responsible for oxidative metabolism of meth. |
