These cortical losses have been linked to neurocognitive impairment in attention, working memory and sensorimotor function. Functional neuroimaging of BOLD changes may be sensitive to early detection of the dysfunction in fronto-striatal circuits associated with HIV. This study used a responsive motor switching paradigm (RMS) that required dynamically-changing response selection. |
