Using near real-time monitoring, we identified a active HIV transmission cluster involving PWID with primary HIV infection.
Qualitative and Geospatial analysis found that displacement and relocation in the face of changing public safety policy may have contributed to increased HIV risk and ultimately acquisition of the infection. |
