Important markers of age-related neurodegeneration include Aβ-42 reduction, reflecting amyloid deposition in brain, and CSF total Tau and neurofilament light (NFL), reflecting neuronal damage. We aimed to examine whether oxidative stress is associated with markers of AD-related neurodegeneration. |
