in domestic and international settings. Antiretrovirals that have higher concentrations in
CSF are associated with greater reductions in viral loads and improvements in
neuropsychological performance. Based on its relatively low binding to plasma proteins,
we hypothesized that concentrations of amprenavir in CSF would be in the therapeutic
range. |
